Join NowTo join, log onto www.myzenrewards.com and create an account as a Customer or ZEN+ Associate.
After you create an account, you create a shopping experience that will provide you with a unique identifying number. Locate your store, make any purchase that offers cashback rewards and start earning!
There is no minimum purchase required. As a Customer or Zen+ Associate, you can earn cashback on any eligible purchase as determined by each Affiliate Merchant. However, as a Zen+ Associate, in order to qualify for cashback from your network, you need to meet 30MCR per year.
Login to your account and go the Accounts Information page, click on Overview, then click on pending, available or paid cashback.
As a Customer or Zen+ Associate, you can earn cashback by making eligible purchases through our Affiliate Merchants. As a Zen+ Associate, you can also earn cashback from your networks' earnings through the Compensation Plan and referral bonuses.
Each Merchant's website will have their instructions on how you can pay for your purchases.
Have them scan your unique QR Code from your phone via the Zen Rewards app or send them an email invite with your unique referral link through your back office.

Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers to use. Brave, Firefox, Duck Duck Go and Safari are not recommended because they block cashback.
After you make an eligible purchase, the merchant must first confirm the transaction and pay Zen Rewards. This typically happens after the merchant's return or cancellation period has expired. Once Zen Rewards receives payment from the merchant, your cashback status will be updated. To check your status, log in to your account, click on your name in the upper-right corner, and select Overview. Your cashback will appear with one of the following statuses:
Pending - Your purchase has been tracked and is awaiting confirmation from the merchant.
Available - Your cashback has been approved and is ready to be paid.
Paid - Your cashback has been sent to you.
Zen Customers and Zen+ Associates get paid through direct deposit (ACH), Zelle or prepaid debit card after you enter the required information.
Login to your account and click your name on the right side to access the menu. Next click on "Missing Cashback Claim" and create a claim.
Payment methods include the following: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.
