Zen Rewards: Understanding Ranks & Earnings

At Zen Rewards, your growth and earnings are driven by how actively you and your team engage with the platform.

Our rewards system is built on referral-based teamwork — similar to multi-level (MLM-style) marketing — where you earn not only from your own activity but also from your entire network’s performance.

The system recognizes both personal effort and team leadership, helping you build a sustainable income stream while supporting your community.

How It Works

Every Affiliate Member starts their journey by enrolling through Zen Rewards.

You can refer Customers (who shop but don’t earn commissions).

You can also refer new Affiliate Members, who build their own networks.


Your structure forms what’s called an Enrollment Genealogy — a tree-like network showing who enrolled whom.

This is how Zen Rewards tracks your growth, calculates team volume, and determines commissions.

Your progress and rewards are calculated using three main metrics:


MCR (Member & Personal Customer Rebate),

TR (Team Rebates), and

OR (Outside Rebates).

Let’s explore each in simple terms

 1. Member & Personal Customer Rebate (MCR)

This measures your personal contribution — it combines the cashback (or Qualifying Volume) generated by your own purchases and by your personally enrolled customers.


Formula:

MCR = Your cashback + cashback from direct customers

Example:

If you earn 100 QV from your own shopping and your direct customers generate 400 QV combined,

then your MCR = 500 QV.

Why it matters:

You must maintain a minimum MCR each month to stay Active.

It’s your foundation for rank qualification.

Over 12 months, your accumulated MCR (called MCR-12m) is used to determine whether your Affiliate account stays in good standing.

Cancellation Policy Reference (from SBRD):


Affiliates must have at least 30 MCR-12m to remain active; otherwise, their account is cancelled, and their downline is compressed to the next active Affiliate.

2. Team Rebates (TR)

TR represents the total performance of your entire team — including: Your MCR All the MCR values from your entire down line (Affiliates + Customers) It’s a measure of your team’s collective sales and activity volume — from your first-level members all the way down.

Formula:

TR = Your MCR + all team MCRs (in your Enrollment Genealogy)


Example:

If your MCR = 500 and your team collectively generates 3,000 QV,
then TR = 3,500 QV


Why it matters:

TR determines your team strength.

It helps you qualify for higher titles like Manager, Executive, or Ruby.

It’s the base for calculating major bonuses (like Level Bonus and Generation Bonus)

TR can be displayed to each Affiliate as their total team performance, but the system is designed to protect downline privacy — it will not show individual spending of team members.

3. Outside Rebates (OR)

OR rewards balanced team building. It calculates your team’s performance outside of your strongest leg (the leg with the highest QV). Your own MCR also counts as one leg when determining which leg is strongest.

Formula:

OR = Total Team Rebates (TR) – Strongest Volume Source


Example:

Your MCR = 500

Leg A = 2,000

Leg B = 3,000

Leg C = 1,000
Total TR = 6,500
Strongest Leg = 3,000
So, OR = 6,500 – 3,000 = 3,500 QV

Why it matters:

OR ensures that Affiliates build multiple successful teams, not just one large leg. It encourages mentorship, support, and balanced growth across all team members.

Earnings Overview

Once your rank is determined, your bonuses are calculated on your Commissionable Volume (CV) — which is typically 55% of Zen Rewards’ Gross Rebate from all your team’s transactions.

Here’s how you can earn:

Level Bonus: Earn a % on the CV from your downline (up to 5 levels deep).

New Member Bonus: Earn 5% on CV from new Customers and Affiliates in their first 2 months.

Generation Bonus: Available from Emerald (LDR2) and higher — earn on deep team generations as your leaders promote.


All bonuses are paid monthly, on confirmed transactions.

Bonus Timing & Activity Rules

Bonuses are processed monthly for all confirmed transactions.

Clawbacks apply if a sale is refunded.

Affiliates must stay Active (10 MCR per month) and maintain required fees to continue earning.

Minimum payout threshold = $10.

How to Grow

Shop Regularly – Keep your MCR growing.

Refer Consistently – Help your customers and Affiliates earn too.

Support Your Team – Guide all legs to perform evenly (boost OR).

Track Progress Monthly – Use your dashboard to monitor MCR, TR, and OR.
